    Due to Government changes this event is now planned for 7th August.

    ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 2-4pm but may change due to circumstances.

    In view of the difficulties bought about by the Covid virus, the AGM will be held as a Virtual Meeting with members taking part from home using their computers.  Details for joining the meeting and voting will be sent by email at a later date.  In all likelyhood we will be using Zoom for the meeting, if you would like to know more about Zoom ahead of time see our Zoom page.

    Under the the circumstances, the usual pre-meeting lunch will not take place.
