We meet: 2nd Fri 09:30-12:30 at various locations.
Our group explores the wide range of commons and heathlands found in south-west Surrey. Highlights included: the expanding Dartford warbler populations, wintering thrushes, redpolls and siskins, the regular visiting great grey shrikes, goosanders on the ponds, displaying woodlarks and tree pipits in the spring, and a very early cuckoo at Farnham Heath. Regrettably this may be the final year so the group is closed to new members. David
