Notes from group activities
Ambling - November 2019
It was a lovely but rather cold morning as 8 of us set off for our amble. We started off quite briskly and as I was chatting away I didn't notice I had missed my first turn. No harm done, and we quickly got back on the correct track having only added a short bit to our walk. The walk took us around the edge of Churt Common and past the bottom of the Devil's Jumps. We didn't go to the top but if you do you are rewarded by some fabulous views, well worth the steep climb up.
Here is a map and information on the route as tracked during the walk. It's available using OS Maps
